Terms and conditions for the 2026 competition

Below you will find the terms and conditions that apply to the current competition “Share your experience and win a voucher for a stay or bike tour in Middelburg”. The competition runs from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026. The winner will be announced on 7 January 2027.

Below are the further details of the terms and conditions that apply to this competition:

1. The social media competition is organised by B&B De zilveren reiger, located at Reigerstraat 1, Middelburg. These terms and conditions apply to social media competitions if referred to in the social media post.
2. Participation in the promotion is free of charge. Participation takes place when you post a review of your stay at B&B De Zilveren Reiger in 2026 on Facebook or Instagram and tag B&B De Zilveren Reiger. From that moment on, you have a chance to win.
3. Participants are required to provide correct, up-to-date and complete information when participating in the social media competition.
4. Participants must comply with the Social Media Advertising Code.
5. The promotion ends on 31 December 2026.
6. Participants must be at least 18 years of age to participate.
7. The winner will be selected by B&B de zilveren reiger based on creativity and originality.
8. Winners will be announced on the specified date by means of a response to the social media post describing the promotion. Winners must send a private message via the relevant social media channel within 7 days of the announcement, providing the requested information.
9. B&B De Zilveren Reiger may, at its own discretion and without prior notice, change or amend these promotion terms and conditions during the promotion period, or change or amend the social media competition without giving reasons, unless this is to the detriment of the participants.
10. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the results.
11. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods.
12. If gambling tax is payable, B&B De zilveren reiger will take care of this.
13. Reservations can be made for accommodation and bike tours based on availability.
14. Personal data obtained in the context of social media competitions will only be used by B&B De zilveren reiger for the relevant competition and will not be provided to third parties.
15. In cases not covered by these terms and conditions, a decision will be made by B&B De zilveren reiger.
16. B&B De Zilveren Reiger conducts its social media competitions in accordance with the Code of Conduct for Promotional Games of Chance of 1 January 2014.
17. These terms and conditions are governed by English law.
18. Participants who do not comply with the above terms and conditions may be excluded from participation.
